Acceptance of Terms

By using the training or coaching services of Empowered Learning and Development (hereafter referred to as ELAD), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. ELAD reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Eligibility

To book the training or coaching services of ELAD, you must be 18 years of age or older. By using ELAD, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. Participants of trainings may be younger than age 18, if suitable for the training.

Fees (Trainings and Workshops)

ELAD will provide an invoice/contract outlining fees. By signing the invoice/contract, you agree to pay the fees as outlined. A deposit of $300 is due upon date of booking your group training. The remaining balance is due, in full, within two weeks of the completion of training. Fees are non-refundable. All fees are subject to change without notice. In the event that a training must be cancelled after the deposit has been paid, the training will be rescheduled or a credit will be issued. Failure to pay fees on time may result in termination of services. Where there is a discrepancy between the fees or information stated in the invoice/contract and this document, the invoice/contract will prevail.

Fees (Coaching and Mentoring)

ELAD will provide an invoice/contract outlining fees for coaching/mentoring services. By signing the invoice/contract, you agree to pay the fees as outlined. A deposit of $50 is due upon date of booking your initial appointment. The invoice/contract will outline the payment schedule according to your specific coaching plan, as discussed and agreed upon with you. Fees are subject to change for variable expenses, such as mileage. In the event that a coaching session must be cancelled due to illness, it will be rescheduled or a credit will be issued. Failure to pay fees on time may result in termination of services. Where there is a discrepancy between the fees or information stated in the invoice/contract and this document, the invoice/contract will prevail.

Service Availability and Termination

ELAD reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any of its services at any time without prior notice. ELAD reserves the right to terminate your use of ELAD’s training services at any time if you fail to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

Liability

ELAD is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses that may occur as a result of the trainings provided.
